Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has no hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Simon lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Ruler, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has achieved small success as a Miller.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Adam was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Ideals: Logical, Gifted. Flaws: Antagonistic. Bonds: Attractive, Mentor. Occupation: Fortune-teller

Description: This late middle aged man wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a shortbow on his belt and is in decent physical shape. He wears his golden hair down. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Randal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Ideals: Fighting, Optimist. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Military, Mentor. Occupation: Marshal

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Brewer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born in the west to a Brewer, Anselm learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
