History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Mortician, but he got bored and became a Detective. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.

Personality: Balimaar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'0". He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sickle. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He carries with him a set of hand crossbows on his belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed tan hat.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Masseuse they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second daughter.
