History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Adelard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a Doctor, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born in a small desert village. At a young age his mother died while driving off some giants. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in scimitar use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and many giants want him driven away

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Servant. He became a Servant soon after.
