Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He worked as a nervous Bookbinder and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: He is wearing a long, red, dusty cloak. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His hair is chestnut and curly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Conrad was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and further expansion of business

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a black collared shirt and brown pants. He accessorizes with a violet scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Born to a Stableman, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Robert grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Robert. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a brown costume with the symbols of strength on his torso. He sports a flattop hair cut. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Theodoric is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Gifted from a young age, Theodoric studied abroad. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he is greedy
