He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Rolf is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Rolf was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
