History: Alex was born the youngest of three triplets. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Hugh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
