He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Dean was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Dean's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Everard was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
