History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Geoffrey grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Geoffrey. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Crown-heir. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Diggory was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student he started as a Weaver, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

History: Born in the east to a Hunter, Robert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and someone believes him a fraud

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Manfred has worked very hard to control his curse. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
