Description: A moderately attractive man, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: 6'0" and muscular, this western man wears suspenders and blue workpants. His shirt is yellow, and he wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his feathered blue hat.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thomas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a brown costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 15. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sage responsibilities is difficult; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is violet, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. He carries with him a set of maces, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Everard was born with his father's beautiful face. Everard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Everard decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: Bertram speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Bertram was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Seamstress. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
