Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Lance's homeland. Lance decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Roofer responsibilities is difficult; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
