History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Adelard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Arnold is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Dilettante again.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 35. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
