History: Ernest was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He married young, but lost his spouse to goblins. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born in the south. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sellsword profession.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shepherd for the past few years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Arnold is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Hunter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to reunite with his absent mother
