History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Conrad was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bather. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aldous does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Aldous was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A gifted student he started as a Shipwright, but he got bored and became a Tailor. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fletcher for the past few years.

He prefers to carry a whip, but if one is not available he will default to his hand crossbow. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
