History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shoemaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is greedy

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ploughman born in the past three hundred years. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gifted student he started as a Detective, but he got bored and became a Ploughman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ploughman responsibilities is difficult; and to be a detective again

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. After coming to the age of reason, Shane took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
