Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Jocelyn was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He wants to get laid.
