History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to orcs.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Raymond enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Don abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and his religion dominates his actions
