Personality: Raymond is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He struck the Soapmaker job and began his own company from there.

History: Conrad was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and doesn't want to be a locksmith and was forced into it by his family
