Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. History: Rolf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Barrister, but he was a colossal failure. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.
