History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tailor. He's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: 5'1" and muscular, this western man dresses in red turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with green slacks. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Theobald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Gardener and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to open a new tavern
