Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of a Stableman, who enjoyed hunting, Robert was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.
