History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Roger was a troubled youth. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Drogo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Drogo. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

He's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
