Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is cut close to his head. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was born in the east. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against orcs

Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses like a well dressed Healer does, and is pretty ugly. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. His ears are large.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gifted student he started as a Locksmith, but he got bored and became a Healer. He's also a talented Locksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His tied-back hair is white. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a black cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. His hair is white and curly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Born to a Mortician, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Armorer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he's looking for his big break
