Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Conrad embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: Conrad lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ernest's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Ernest enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Ernest was born the youngest of three triplets. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: Kody was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Kody and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A freak accident while working with his Gardener father left him crippled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
