History: Gerard was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was taken from his home at a very young age. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after William was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. William's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, William and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
