History: Peter was born with his mother's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fletcher. He has taken up work as a Fletcher and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Priest. Being a Priest kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
