Description: 5'10" and muscular, this eastern man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Norman is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Godfrey was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bricklayer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bricklayer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Bricklayer soon after.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He keeps his long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Simon liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to pay off his debts

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'6". He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and his gloved hand is found clutching a axe. He sports a flattop hair cut. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Norman enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
