Description: This slender man stands about 6'6". He wears a black vest and prefers violet and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Richard reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Richard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Interpreter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Alex was born the youngest of three triplets. When Alex reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a hammer, but if one is not available he will default to his shortbow. His tied-back hair is white. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson green hat.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He was born in a small plains village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
