History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Roger was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fortune-teller. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a fortune-teller and was forced into it by his family

Description: This man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light yellow in addition to tight pants. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his left hand. His golden hair is heavily combed to the left. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
