Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering his clean studded leather. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: John speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He takes great joy in being the best Soapmaker in town.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and sabotage a competitor

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull green iron scale mail. His blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Bernard was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear flannel. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he feels threatened by others
