History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Jeweler. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Carter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: The child of a Bookbinder, who enjoyed hunting, Jocelyn was taken on many hunting expeditions. Jocelyn liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new carter responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born in the north. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Dustin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
