Description: A middle-aged man, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, and is pretty ugly. He has no hair. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Geoffrey embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: He was born into a rich family. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This younger middle-aged man prefers to wear green clothing when he does not wear armor, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Anthony is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and money/treasure

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Godfrey is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he has money and likes to spend it
