History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with red slacks. His hair is short and blonde. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his bastard sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Don embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: The child of a Shipwright, who enjoyed hunting, Don was taken on many hunting expeditions. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When Rolf reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
