Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Percival was born with his father's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
