Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Lance was born with his mother's beautiful face. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length red hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Fletcher. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Now he works as a music tutor during his time off.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult
