History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country.
