Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Roger is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
