Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. He has red hair. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Architect kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and regain custody of his daughter

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and further expansion of business
