Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born into a rich family. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Tim has worked very hard to control his curse. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job
