History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has blue eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Percival took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up nunchaku and armor he uses now. He now owns his own business.

History: Born to a Ruler, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
