Description: This northern man is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Glassblower. His clothes are grease stained in places. His hair is chestnut and curly. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. William grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did William. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently the stress of being a Soapmaker has made it difficult for him to sleep.
