Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Odo was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
