History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Ralf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor.
