History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

His brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is content; and retire the richest man in the east

History: Balimaar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spy work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spy work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His red hair is greasy and uncared for. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Anselm speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Anselm was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Adelard's homeland. Adelard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
