Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Gerald was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gerald decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His childhood dream was to be a Brewer, but he was a colossal failure. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Brewer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears skinny pants and wears a blue and pastel robe with the hood down. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Detective profession.

History: John was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He prefers to wear white clothing when he does not wear armor. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Dilettante soon after.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears just a pastel suit. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He bought a dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and a rival would like him out of the picture
