History: Hugh hails from a village terrorized by goblins. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
