Description: A middle-aged man, he wears baggy yellow pantaloons and a violet scarf, and is pretty ugly. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and further expansion of business

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears just a grey suit. His blonde hair is braided into rings. This green eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He bought a crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a simple brown robe with grey stripes complete with hood. He has moderate length brown hair. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Bernard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Bernard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His childhood dream was to be a Server, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
