History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Layabout soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is violet, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Servant born in the past three hundred years. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His childhood dream was to be a Dilettante, but he was a colossal failure. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Servant and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his greatsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Frederick was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a greataxe on his belt. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to clean up the streets
