History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This green eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Doctor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He wears a simple tan robe with black stripes complete with hood. He has no hair. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Dean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he seems to be bored by most things
