History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bounty Hunter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: The child of a Weaver, who enjoyed hunting, Dean was taken on many hunting expeditions. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.
