Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Frederick grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Frederick. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
